TWO:
Someone who will always back you up.
Everyone should have that one person they can rely on. Whether it be a friend or a parent or grandparent, there needs to be someone who will always be there.
I found this person in my best friend, Nick.

The 10 People Who...
Will Change Your Life
ONESomeone who is willing to push you, but in an effective way. Parents who are active in their kid's lives tend to push their kids to get good grades and be successful. But sometimes, that isn't the most effective way of pushing kids. Requiring good grades and forcing extracurricular activities isn't going to help anyone be successful - it's going to make them feel resentment for an over involved parent. Now, I'm not pushing for parents that aren't active in their children's lives, because that could cause a whole new problem all together. What I am pushing for is some sort of figure who is willing to take a passive approach towards encouraging betterment.
For me, this person was my uncle. Ever since I can remember, he encouraged me to make something of myself. When choosing something to focus on, he always told me to go after something I am actually passionate about. It's not about the money or who approves or disapproves, it's about how effective you can be in doing what you set out to do.
